\return \c 0 on success. \return #MBEDTLS_ERR_CIPHER_FEATURE_UNAVAILABLE if the selected padding mode is not supported. \return #MBEDTLS_ERR_CIPHER_BAD_INPUT_DATA if the cipher mode does not support padding.
